I've gone through several house purchases through my lifetime, and the home inspection process has never been what I'd call remarkable. That's until a recent experience with the VIP folks. The inspector they sent out, was incredible. He was extraordinarily thorough, knowledgable, and answered every question I threw at him. I hired VIP Home Inspections to do a pre-drywall inspection. They were able to schedule it quickly (I didn't give them much notice) and I had an inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. The inspector responded to questions that I had on the same day, and made recommendations re next steps. I will definitely be using them for the final inspection. The report appeared to me to be thorough with issues well documented.
