I used ChatGPT to analyze which home inspectors in the West Valley would be the best. We chose to go with VIP. I highly recommend VIP! They were prompt answering all my questions, regardless of time or day! Did did a very thorough job. They made everything easy to understand. The Richmond American Home builders recognized the name and said some other customers in a different location use them and were satisfied as well.

Outstanding service from start to finish. They clearly know the ins and outs of buildings and construction. One of the many things I appreciated about VIP was they were very transparent about pricing. They did not overcharge us. I found that most of the other companies I called advertised at a lower starting price, but tried to charge extra for services that VIP includes in their inspections. It was laughable to be honest.
