I was genuinely blown away by how thorough the inspection was. I expected the usual hour-and-a-half in-and-out experience, but my inspector spent at least 4 hours inspecting our 3,300 sq ft home. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing felt rushed—he truly cared about making sure I understood every detail. We did the full package with our home inspection including sewer scope, termite, and pool.

Brian was very direct in communication and is technical. Definitely the type of person you want on your side holding builders accountable. I have a good build team, but having someone who notices even small mistakes gives you great reassurance for a quality build. I chose to use him for all three of my inspections, this being the first, I only expect the same from him going forward.

I had VIP come out to perform a new build inspection. They were great. Took the time to look over everything, take photos and then spend time with me showing, and going over the items that needed to be addressed. Very professional. I will be using them again for follow up inspections.

Our inspector was awesome. He met us at the house we were having inspected, was very thorough, and answered all of our questions. He was also professional and friendly, letting us enjoy the time in our soon-to-be house since we’d only been able to spend 20 minutes in it before making an offer just a little over a week ago.
