They really went above and beyond for us; they came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Appointment scheduling was quick and painless, the inspector arrived on time and worked thoroughly, and when we had extra nitpicky questions after he was finished, he graciously stayed as long as we needed in order to be satisfied with our understanding of the inspection report. VIP was an excellent choice for our third-party new build home inspection. Our home inspector was thorough and detailed. I can't rave enough about VIP! They went above and beyond and gave us superb customer service! We actually ended up using their services twice. The first home we chose came back with a not so favorable inspection. They were very thorough in explaining their findings and were very patient with all of our follow up questions. We ended up walking away and found "our home" which they completed the inspection for us as well. We 100% recommend using them for all inspection needs!
