If you are looking for an honest, unbiased, and detailed home inspector this is the company you need to call. VIP was recommended to me because my builder needs to have an inspector with a certain amount of insurance. When I called, the office staff was friendly and answered all my questions. On the day of the inspection the home inspector, arrived on time and he gave me the option to stay and walk with him during the inspection or leave and come back when he was finishing up. I decided to stay. He was great; he explained everything the builder needed to address. I noticed he took his time and conducted a thorough inspection. The final report was easy to read and had information and pictures of the issues. He found many issues for my home being new and I am glad I had an inspection done.

VIP was incredible. I am going through my first solo home buying experience and was nervous about everything. The Office Manager was so sweet and supportive through setting up my appointment and keeping me informed of who would be there and at what time. They also partner with an incredible Termite Inspection company! The inspector showed me the ins and outs of my home and provided strong insight into the home's current condition and was so kind as to finish the report by the end of the day per our deadline. Very professional group of people work here. I requested an inspection of a property my mother owns, as we want to make repairs and needed help prioritizing and locating any problem areas. The lady who helped schedule the appointment was wonderful and efficient, and the inspector was excellent! Very friendly, helpful in showing and explaining issues found. Unfortunately the house purchase didn't work out and had to be canceled, for reasons not related to the inspection or even the house itself. Therefore we are back looking for a house to buy, and after this experience with VIP, we will absolutely go back to them and no one else, when comes the time to inspect the actual permanent house!
