VIP did such a thorough and valuable inspection of our newly built home! They gave us useful & specific information with photos on any minor detail that required attention in a format we could easily present to our builder. It gave us such peace of mind that we have a list of little issues we can get addressed before they turn into big issues. Our knowledge of construction & home maintenance is lacking but he patiently explained potential problems and solutions, identifying those he felt were the most important to address.
