Let me start by saying I have had numerous home inspections over my life. Many were of dubious quality and accuracy.

VIP performed the inspection on our home and it was the most detailed inspection I have ever had. They arrived early and was very thorough evaluating the house and an additional detached garage we had built. I am a technical person and found his findings to be totally accurate.

At the conclusion of the inspection he sat with my wife and I and reviewed his findings without having to wait for the full report. Of course, I got the report with pictures later on but his review gave me a head start on the items needing attention.

I would recommend VIP without reservation. The best I have ever seen.

They were top notch from beginning to end. They kindly took care of me over the phone with getting me a quote, offering genuine advice, and eventually with setting up and appointment once I decided on going with VIP.
Our home inspector, did an amazing job. He arrived 15 minutes early to our morning appointment (my kinda guy) and worked around our particular situation at home. He got right to work and finished at the time he said he was going to finish. Before leaving, he personally met with us and thoroughly went over all of his findings with us. He also offered great advice based on our home inspection. They were straight to the point, easy to talk to and had our report to us within 24 hours.

I would give VIP 10/5 stars and will use them for any home inspection in the Phoenix area.

They did an excellent job on my 11 month builder warranty inspection. He was on time and extremely thorough. He pointed out things in my own home that I didn’t even notice! Wonderful experience with Veteran Inspection Professionals. We had reached out to them to inspect our new build home. The assigned inspector was phenomenal. He was very thorough with his inspection and provided a detailed report with pictures the same day. This was super helpful as the findings were able to be given to the builder for immediate addressing. They found items that were not found by the builders in house inspection. If you are purchasing a new home, I absolutely recommend getting an inspection done by these guys. Their office manager was also very friendly and helpful. The cost of the inspection and included report was well worth the money.

Coming from out of the area we had no clue where to start with an inspector. After looking at online reviews, comparing quotes, and speaking with several inspection companies, I went with VIP and I’m so glad I did. They were wonderful, very detailed and took time going through the whole property inside and out.
