Wonderful experience with Veteran Inspection Professionals. We had reached out to them to inspect our new build home. The assigned inspector was phenomenal. He was very thorough with his inspection and provided a detailed report with pictures the same day. This was super helpful as the findings were able to be given to the builder for immediate addressing. They found items that were not found by the builders in house inspection. If you are purchasing a new home, I absolutely recommend getting an inspection done by these guys. Their office manager was also very friendly and helpful. The cost of the inspection and included report was well worth the money.

Coming from out of the area we had no clue where to start with an inspector. After looking at online reviews, comparing quotes, and speaking with several inspection companies, I went with VIP and I’m so glad I did. They were wonderful, very detailed and took time going through the whole property inside and out. After he was done he went through and explained everything to us and gave us an idea on how big of a fix it would be. We were so grateful for his thoroughness, because it us such a big decision buying a house and having a safe home to live in, especially with kids. We had VIP do an inspection on a new build recently and I am so glad that we did. We dealt with Brian and he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The builders tried to tell us that their inspections were sufficient but Brian found many problems that we would have never known existed. Most importantly, he found broken roof tiles and a drainage issue that could have turned into a major issue down the line.

There were also several cosmetic issues he uncovered. He provided us with a detailed report that was clear and concise we were able to take to the builder. With the help of that report, everything got fixed prior to closing.

It was well worth the money for the peace of mind alone. Having a third party inspection is necessary even if you buy a new home. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Brian for helping us out.

I highly recommend VIP home inspections for many reasons. First, their coordinator was absolutely awesome. Not only was she quick to respond booking requests, she was friendly and helped us understand what was needed in addition to the inspection. We added on the sewer scope inspection, which was worth very dime.

Second, the inspector was very thorough and was happy to answer all of my questions. They did a home inspection for us about a month ago that revealed some really concerning things about the home, which resulted in us backing out of that deal.

Because they did such a good job the first time, we hired them again for our second inspection. After both experiences, I trust this company very much, and will recommend to anybody I know who needs a home inspection done.
