Let me start by saying I have had numerous home inspections over my life. Many were of dubious quality and accuracy.

VIP performed the inspection on our home and it was the most detailed inspection I have ever had. They arrived early and was very thorough evaluating the house and an additional detached garage we had built. I am a technical person and found his findings to be totally accurate.

At the conclusion of the inspection he sat with my wife and I and reviewed his findings without having to wait for the full report. Of course, I got the report with pictures later on but his review gave me a head start on the items needing attention.

I would recommend VIP without reservation. The best I have ever seen.

They were top notch from beginning to end. They kindly took care of me over the phone with getting me a quote, offering genuine advice, and eventually with setting up and appointment once I decided on going with VIP.
Our home inspector, did an amazing job. He arrived 15 minutes early to our morning appointment (my kinda guy) and worked around our particular situation at home. He got right to work and finished at the time he said he was going to finish. Before leaving, he personally met with us and thoroughly went over all of his findings with us. He also offered great advice based on our home inspection. They were straight to the point, easy to talk to and had our report to us within 24 hours.

I would give VIP 10/5 stars and will use them for any home inspection in the Phoenix area.
