We recently purchased a new home in Phoenix and needed a trusted home inspection firm. Since we are moving to Phoenix from out of state, our agent recommended VIP.

The inspection process was very thorough and detailed. They took their time and checked everything visible and mechanical. I am a contractor so my expectation of the inspection was very high. The inspection report was very detailed and photos were excellent. The format of the report was very detailed and well organized. They provided a list of deficiency's for the sellers to correct or complete. We intend to contract them to check the deficiency's after the work has been completed.

We are impressed and would recommend VIP to anyone wanting a team of professionals.

VIP inspected a home we're purchasing from out of state. They did an amazing and thorough job. We received the report same day (!) and it was so easy to understand. There are obvious time constraints when in escrow with inspection contingencies so getting the report that quickly was extremely helpful. After reviewing the report, it was apparent we had someone looking out for us which made us feel better about not being able to be there. In addition, they’re familiar with each builders work and with all the new construction, this is so important. I would highly recommend VIP.
